I lived in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area  ever since returning from active duty as a Captain in the Air Force. My first civilian position was with the bank that is now Wells Fargo. I held a number of positions in small businesses, owned and operated my own company for over 10 years, and ended up with GE Capital.

My final position was with Walker and Associates, an owners rep firm for hospital new construction and major renovations.  I was their COO and project manager.  I earned my degree from the University of Minnesota.

I am a second generation Indian River Shores resident, and purchased our condominium in 2002.   When my wife and I became Florida residents in 2017, I immediately wanted to work with Cliff Norris as a Realtor.  I have had my license now over 7 years. I very much enjoy working with people, helping them buy and sell their residential properties. I prefer to not have a big transaction portfolio at any one time, and like to work with no more than one or two clients at a time.  No full page color ads, thank you. I specialize in the barrier island, primarily within John’s Island, where most of my transactions have been. We are active members of Holy Cross Church and Quail Valley Club. I have been treasurer of my condominium association in John’s Island for 7 years. We are active in the community, enjoying all that Vero Beach has to offer.
