Cliff Norris, Jr. was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and raised in Vero Beach, Florida, where real estate has always been a part of his family’s legacy. His parents, Cliff Norris Sr. and Anna Petzold Nichols, each owned highly regarded real estate offices in Vero Beach, specializing in properties for sale and rent on Orchid Island, with a particular focus on John’s Island. Over the years, Cliff and his team have built lasting relationships with property owners and renters, treating them like family.
After attending Vanderbilt University and working in advertising in New York, Cliff returned to Vero Beach and earned his Florida Real Estate License. He began his career with Dale Sorenson Real Estate, Inc. before establishing Cliff Norris Real Estate in 2008. What started as a small office with three Realtors in Pelican Plaza has since grown into a thriving business. A decade ago, the firm moved to its current location in The Village Shops at 6160 Highway A1A, just outside the South Entrance to John’s Island. Today, the office accommodates a team of up to 13 Realtors and a dedicated Rental Department managing numerous properties on the Barrier Island, including over 30 in John’s Island.
Cliff is also proud of their Referral Division, which includes over 20 associates and licensees serving a nationwide client base. Cliff Norris Real Estate, LLC was founded with a specific focus on John’s Island and Barrier Island properties, maintaining a boutique approach to real estate that prioritizes expertise, integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. Cliff’s goal is to keep the firm small, professional, and highly respected, ensuring that every client benefits from their deep market knowledge and personalized attention.
